responce: My opion is that I do not agree. From my personal experience of working amoung males and female i beleive harassment is quite equal. I just feel it depends on who's the chair men of the office. For instance if a man or women were in charge then it is more likely he/she would hit on a colleague of the opposite sex.

ReplyDeleteThis is an excellent point which I didn't think about. Basically, you are suggesting that if the boss is a male, the women in the work place are more likely to be harassed, but if the boss is female, then the men will be the targets of harassment.
