ReplyDeleteYour preliminary thesis is a good start and the first point of support is nicely related to the thesis. But you need to develop this outline following the model I provided. You have the main points but now you need to compose complete sentences and develop/provide further detail.
ReplyDeletealso you can explain how the muscular body and the model's post relate to the product that are being sell and how the man display his masculinity by that.
ReplyDeleteThis revised outline is much more effective, especially your thesis. Your first point of support focuses on the model and his pose, and you also connect this to the product. This is great. But to analyze these details, think about how the model's look and pose convey the message of masculinity. In your second point, I don't understand what you mean by 'product serves as an anecdote to gain..."? Again you provide great details but think about how presenting the product as a punching bag contributes to the message of masculinity. Your last point, focuses on the information about the product in the ad's design. This is an important point, and when you analyze it think about how this information, or as you suggest being an educated consumer, fits with the muscular masculinity type.
